Combine oil, juice of 1/2 lime, Chili powder, paprika, onion
powder, pepper, cumin and salt. Cut chicken into strips and
toss with the spice mixture.
Preheat 1 Tablespoon of oil over medium high heat. Cook
chicken until just cooked, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
Add 1 Tablespoon of oil to the pan. Cook onions for 2
minutes. Add in sliced peppers and cook an additional 2
minutes. Add chicken back to pan and stir to combine. Spoon
additional lime over top and serve over tortillas.
I also enjoy vegetarian fajitas with just the grilled veggies and
my homemade seasoning salt. The chicken doesn’t need the
spice either. Just add salsa for spice to your individual fajitas.

Suggestions
Serve with cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Lettuce and tomatoes are optional.
