4 c. O'brien frozen potatoes with onions and pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3/4c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Instructions
Heat grill. Spray 1 sheet (18x13 in) of heavy duty foil with cooking
spray. Place potatoes on center of foil. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle
with salt.
Fold foil to seal edges. Place packet on grill over medium heat.
Cover grill and cook 30 minutes, turning once. Open packet and
sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Cover loosely and let stand 4-5
minutes.
