Saucepan - combine milk, rice, and salt. Boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until the rice is tender (20mins) Stir frequently to prevent rice from sticking to bottom of pan.
Mixing bowl- whisk egg and brown sugar. Add 1/2 cup of rice mixture - TSP at a time - beating to incorporate.
Add egg mixture back into saucepan, stir on low heat (10mns) until thickened. Do NOT BOIL Stir in vanilla. Remove from heat and stir in raisins and cinnamon
Serve warm or cold
