Combine chili’s and garlic in a gallon zip to bag and zip almost
to closed. Use a rolling pin to pound until a rough paste.add th
beans and pound briefly . Add brown sugar, soy sauce and
lime juice.
Add the tomatoes and pound briefly, just to flatten. Stir in
carrots an corn pound gently. Taste and add soy sauce as
needed.
Transfer to bowl and top with cashews and serve immediately.
