Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed
baking sheet with foil and set a heat proof
wire rack inside.
Pat dry chicken wings liberally with paper
towels, squeezing out as much moisture as you
can. Transfer them to a large bowl.
In small bowl, combine the baking powder, garlic
powder, salt and pepper together, whisking well to
combine and sprinkle the mixture over the wings.
Toss wings to coat.
Arrange wings on rack sprayed with oil. Bake for
30 min, flip and cook another 20-30 min until
brown and crispy.
Mix sauce ingredients and brush onto wings or toss
in bowl to coat.
Note- I used one bag chicken, 2 1/2 lbs, and had extra sauce. Next I
will use 2 bags chicken and double seasoning mixture but not sauce.
