Put chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. In a small bowl stir together egg and italian seasoning.
Pour over chicken in bag and seal bag.
Turn to coat.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl stir together crushed crackers and seasonings.

|
|
Drain chicken.
Roll chicken in cracker crumb mixture.

|
|
Place chicken on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
