In a 4 qt. sauce pan, melt butter, cheese sauce,
and cream cheese over low heat.
Stir in flour.
Add milk.
Cook over med. heat, stirring to prevent
scorching, until thick and bubbly.
Stir in corn & ham.
Transfer to a 2 qt. casserole.
bake at 350 for 45 mins.
