Cook potatoes with skin until tender. Cool. Cube and measure.
Sprinkle 1 tsp salt. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, 1 tsp salt,
onion and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly and fold into potatoes
gently. Put in buttered casserole, top with shredded cheese and
sprinkle with paprika.
Bake a 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
