In a medium bowl combine the flour,
cornmeal,baking powder and salt. Add the flax seed
mixture, milk, oil and honey. Beat just until
smooth. Do not overbeat. Pour into prepared baking
pan and bake for 20-25 min.

1/7/19 I baked for 15 minutes. I used a gf
flour from grocery outlet that I'm not that
fond of but this turned out good and everyone
liked it. Not too corn tasting and it wasn't
gritty. I liked the consistency. It was more
cake like in texture and flavor, but not too
sweet. Next time, I will try a different flour
blend to see how it tastes.
