2 lbs frozen Oreida Southern Style diced hash brown potatoes
1 cup melted butter (1 stick)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded grated cheese (cheddar or sharp)
2 cups sour cream
Unseasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs in
a large bowl, mixing well. Spread in 9x13 inch
backing pan. Top with bread crumbs
Bake 350 degrees about 1 hour or more till brown
and bubbly.
Hint- If you don't have 'southern style', you can
add own green/red diced pepper and diced onion.

Serves up to 8 people. Can freeze ahead before baked.
