In a 6 qt. Dutch oven, cook Sausage, onion, carrots and celery
over medium heat until Sausage is no longer pink.
Add chicken broth, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce beans
and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1
hour.
Add Parmesan cheese and spinach. .turn off heat, cover for 5
minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
If using boullion cubes for broth, it should be just about right
for salt, make sure to taste test before adding more salt.
