Put chocolate chips into bowl
|
|
|
Heat cream in microwave in 30 second intervals
until it just boils. Immediately pour cream over
chips and stir until chocolate melts.

|
Add 1/4 C corn syrup to the chocolate and stir
until shiny. Place in fridge and let cool 2 hours.
There is still one more step.
|
|
|
When ready to use the ganache remove from fridge
and whip with electric mixer until fluffy.
