In a blender-
Blend beans, tahini, lemon juice and seasonings.
While blending, drizzle in olive oil and a couple
of Tablespoons of bean juice to reach desired
consistency
Top with a drizzle of olive oil and garnich with
olives and chopped red onions.
Use as a dip for pita bread and veggies.
Also can be spread thickly on tortillas, topped
with spinach and crumbled feta and wrapped.
