1 lb. Shrimp peeled, de veined, cooked (frozen works fine)
1/4 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped tomato
1/4 C snipped fresh cilantro
'2 Avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together ketchup, lime juice
and hot pepper sauce. Add shrimp, tomato, onion
and cilantro. Toss to coat. Cover and chill for
2-4 hours. Just before serving add avocados.
Toss to coat. Serve with tortilla chips.
Note- I make a double batch for our family get
togethers.
Note 2- I serve with Lime tortilla chips!
