Preheat oven to 350F
Place first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan (2.5 qt.) and cook
on a medium heat until it comes to a bubble, then take off heat
immediately.
Place into a baking dish (8x8in) and bake in the over 45-60
minutes. Garnish with sliced apples or other complimentary
fruit on top and serve for breakfast, or for a healthy desert.
If want fruit, can add 3 cups.
