Bring milk to boil, take off stove. Add sugar,
butter, and salt. Mix well.
Add yeast to warm water and let soak.
Add eggs to milk mixture. Add yeast mixture. Add
flour until dough is formed but still sticky.
Let dough rise until doubled. Cut into 3
pieces. Roll each section out into a circle
then spread a thin layer of softened butter
around the outside edge. Cut into 8 pie-shaped
wedges then roll up, tucking under roll. Let
rise again.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Brush with
butter while still hot.
