sour cream and guacamole
Instructions
PREHEAT to 350
On stove top make sauce by sauteing onion and
garlic in some butter or oil in a pot until
tender and transparent. Add green chili's (or
salsa) soup, sour cream, water and cheese.
Bring to bubbly and lower heat.
In another bowl mix a bit of sauce with the
shredded chicken to moisten. Warm flour tortillas
and fill with chicken. Place seam side down in
glass 9x13 dish. Pour rest of the sauce on tip.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 min at 350
Uncover, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cook 5
min more until melted.
Garnish with chopped olives, tomatoes. green
onion. Serve with sour cream and guacamole
