Over med heat, melt nut butter and coconut oil
until combined. Add dry ingredients and stir until
very well combined. Allow to cool and taste. Add
more sweetener as desired.
Pour into a bowl and put in freezer until solid
(45 min plus). Remove from freezer and form into
balls. Keep rinsing hands under cold water and
drying with a paper towel to keep oil from melting
in hands.
Place balls on flat tray and freeze for 15-20
minutes. Transfer to freezer bag or other
container and store in the freezer.
25 balls - 154 cal, 14.5 fat, 4.1 carbs, 1.8 fiber, .4 sugar, 3.1
