2, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
|
|
2, l lb. loaves fresh white bread
|
|
1/2 Cup sugar
|
|
2 egg yolks
|
|
2 sticks butte, meltedr
|
|
1 Cup sugar mixed with 4 tsp.. cinnamon
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix cream cheese with 1/2 Cup plain sugar and egg yolks.
|
|
|
Trim crust from bread and rolls each slice with rolling pin until flat.
Spread cheese mixture onto each slice of bread.
|
|
|
Roll up bread and dip into melted butter, then roll into
cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
|
|
|
When ready to serve, bake at 400 deg. for about 15 minutes. Do not
thaw before baking.
