Cut thighs into 2 X 3 inch pieces. In a large zipper bag combine
lemon juice, olive oil, shallots, capers, sriracha sauce, salt and
pepper. Add the chicken and marinade for 6 to 12 hours.
Heat grill to medium high. Grill chicken for 5 minutes on each side,
until nicely browned.
NOTE- Easy recipe. Marindate early in the day and toss on the grill when ready to eat.
Marindate has a great flavor.
