In instant pot, put a tablespoon oil and add
the chopped onion, saute until translucent, add
jalapeno. Add ground turkey and brown, add
seasonings. Add some of the vegetable broth
and deglaze the pan. When pan is deglazed, add
rest of broth, beans, lentils and salsa. Set
instant pot on bean setting, high pressure for
40 minutes, let it natural release for 10
minutes. Keep warm until ready to eat.
