Saute onions, celery, and peppers until soft.
Add garlic, then add ground beef and stir until
browned. Reduce heat and add tomato paste.
Simmer for a few minutes before adding
tomatoes. Let thicken for 3-4 minutes, then
add worchestershire, hot sauce, and other
seasonings. Cook until quite thick 15 to 20
minutes. Serve on buns.
