Peel and devein the shrimps and place them to a
mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and stir in
minced garlic. Let marinate in the refrigerator
for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add
shrimps and cook stirring frequently until shrimp
starts to curl about 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon juice, lemon slices, vinegar,
water/broth, and simmer for 2 minutes more until
the shrimp is fully cooked and opaque.
Remove from the heat, transfer to a serving dish.
Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper
flakes.
