2 lbs chicken tenderloins
|
|
2 cans cream of chicken soup
|
|
12 oz can evaporated milk
|
|
1 ounce packet Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
|
|
2 cups cooked rice
|
|
10 ounces frozen broccoli florets thawed
|
|
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine soup, milk, and ranch in mixing bowl.
Place tenderloins in bottom of crockpot, then pour
mixture over.
|

|
Cook on high for 2.5 hours or low for 5 hours.
|
|
|
Remove lid, carefully stir mixture and add broccoli to top of mixture,
cover, and cook on high for 30 more minutes or low
for 1 hour.
|
|
|
Then stir entire mixture again, top with cheese and
cook and additional 5 minutes. Then add in cooked rice.
