Chop carrots and potatoes into edible pieces.
Place them in the bottom of the crock pot and salt
and pepper this layer.

|
Brown hamburger and add onion until tender. Salt
and pepper to taste and put on top of the veggies.
Top with frozen peas, tomato soup and water. Salt
and pepper last layer generously.
|
|
|
Cook on high for 2-4 hours. Add more water if you
like it more saucy and thicken with tapioca or
cornstarch. Serve with homemade rolls.
