|
Bake potatoes in the oven unwrapped so the skins
get crispy. Cool a bit so not too hot to handle.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise leaving the
ends entact. Scoop insides out into a bowl.

|
Mash potato with all the ingredients listed adding
more milk for desired consistency, or a little
sour cream. Spoon back into shells and place in
baking dish.

|
Cover with foil and back 10 min at 375.
|
|
|
Uncover top with grated cheese and butter and back
10 more min. Garnish with sour cream and chives.
