Preheat oven to 350. Melt 1/2 c butter and pour
into 9x13 pan. Add 1/2 the hash browns.
In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and
milk.
Pour half of the soup mixture over the hash
browns.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over this.
Add remaining hash browns. Pour remaining soup
mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining cup of
cheese. Cover with corn flakes.
Melt 2 tbsp of butter and pour over the corn
flakes.
Bake for 70 minutes.
