1. Preheat oven to 450F
2. Line a rimmed broiler-safe baking sheet.
3. Make the buffalo sauce- Melt the butter in a
large microwavable bowl. Whisk in the hot sauce and
garlic powder. Set aside.
4. In another large bowl, toss the cauliflower with
olive oil and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder.
5. Spread cauliflower across the baking sheet and
roast until tender-crisp, about 15 minutes.
