Boil until tender and drain, shock with cold water
Season them with salt garlic paprika and black
pepper and dose with olive oil
Lay them out on parchment lined baking sheet,
spread evenly and smash with bottom of glass
Cook at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. take out and
flip. add slices of butter throughout the pan, and
a little bit of parm on top. cook in oven for 25
more minutes
