Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over
medium high heat. Add onion and cook until
softened, 2-3 minutes. Add ginger and garlic,
cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add
ground beef and cook until done, 5-6 minutes.
Add in thinly sliced cabbage and grated
carrots. Cook until cabbage is tender, 2-3
minutes. Add in sauce and cook 1-2 minutes
longer. Enjoy!
