Preheat oven to 375 deg. In a large bowl, combine
all ingredients except beef. Mix well. Then
crumble in the beef and mix well again.
Shape into 1-1/2 inch meatballs. Place on a
greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake,
uncovered, 15-18 minutes.
To freeze, Place cooked meatballs into a freezer
container. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator
overnight. Heat through in the microwave.
I let these warm up in spaghetti sauce for
spaghetti and meatballs or meatball sliders. They
could handle a little more italian seasoning. I also made these with
a 12 oz package of plant-based beef. They were good. Made 17
meatballs from one package.
