Saute garlic in two tablespoons of olive oil until just softened. Add anchovy and crushed red
peppers and cook for another minute or two. Add tomatoes and simmer for approximately five
minutes. Add olives and cook for another minute or two. Add a pinch of salt. Add tuna and cook
until just tender.
Add cooked pasta to sauce. Stir and cook for another minute and serve, topped with parsley
and remaining olive oil.
