In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a
boil. Stir in 1 1/3 cups of instant rice.
Removed from heat, cover and let stand for 5
minutes. Meanwhile use a 10 inch skillet to cook
a slightly beaten egg in 3 T. butter and 1/3 cup
chopped onions. Add rice. Mix together 1/3 cups
water and 4 T. soy sauce. Add that mixture to the
rice mixture. Cook until liquid is absorbed.
