Saute celery and onion in stick of butter with
parsley flakes. Set aside.
Cook potatoes in salted water until tender, drain
and put back into pot.
Add sauted celery and onion mixture into hot
drained potatoes and stir with large spoon.

Put eggs into bowl and mix with a fork then add to
potato mixture slowly while mixing with large
spoon.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

|
Make a well in the center of the potato mixture to
add some bread cubes and milk. Mix with large spoon
and repeat until all bread cubes and milk are
incorporated into the mixture.

|
Put potato filling into lightly greased baking pan
and bake at 350 degrees until top is slightly
crusted.
