cut cauliflower, celery an onions in small pieces.
Stand in brine (saltwater) for 24 hours. allow cold
water to run over then

Put in large cooking pot. add brown sugar. cover
with vinegar. bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes
|
|
|
Mix 1/4 lb can Colmans mustard with 5 table spoons
of flour. Dissolve with one cup vinegar. Add to
other ingredients. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric in 1/2
cup vinegar.

Stir in 6 or more dill pickles, sliced
