Heat 1 T of the dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add spinach and cook 1 minute until just wilted. Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.
Add remaining 2 T dressing and the chicken to skillet; turn chicken evenly to coat both sides with dressing. Cook 5-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
Top evenly with cheese and ham. Cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Spoon spinach mixture evenly onto 4 plates. Top each with a chicken breast.
