Preheat oven 350. Line muffin pan. Moix pumpkin,
eggs, water, vanilla, and sugar. In separate bowl
mix kodiak, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and baking
powder.
Gradually add dry mix to wet mix. Fill muffin tins
little over half full.
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add egg yolk
and vanilla. Spoon about 1 tbsp of mix into pumpkin
batter. Use toothpick or butter knife to swirl.
Bake 18-20 minutes. Store in fridge for up to 4
days.
