For the cookie crust- Mix melted butter with crushed
Oreos and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Slice 1/2 gallon of ice cream. Put on top of cookie
crust & freeze.
Make the chocolate sauce- Mix all ingredients
(except vanilla) in saucepan. Cook about 8 minutes,
stirring constantly until thickened. Take off heat,
add vanilla. Let cool.
When cool, pour over ice cream, cover, and freeze.
