14.75 oz can creamed corn
|
|
15.25 oz can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
|
|
8.5 oz box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
|
|
8 oz sour cream
|
|
1 stick butter, melted
|
|
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients except the cheddar cheese in a
large bowl. Pour into prepared pan and bake
uncovered for 45 minutes.
|

|
Top with shredded cheese and bake for an additional
10-15 minutes, until the top begins to brown. Let
cool for 5 minutes before serving.
