3 C flour take out 3 tbl (replacing with cornstarch)
3 tbl cornstarch
1 vanilla bean split open and scraped
3 tbl whole milk
1-2 C powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Spray well or grease a 10 inch
bundt cake pan. Cream together the butter, cream
cheese and sugar for about 5 minutes or until very
light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Add the eggs, one
at a time, scraping down the bowl as needed.
With the mixer on low speed add the flour and
cornstarch slowly. Do not over mix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 325 for
about 60 minutes. Check with toothpick
For the glaze. Pour the milk into a glass cup and
scrape the vanilla bean in. Let it steep for an hour
while cake is cooking. Remove the bean and add
powdered sugar and whisk with a fork until thick and
good for drizzling
Drizzle over cooled cake
