Coat cubed pork with cornstarch, cumin and oregano.
Add oil to slow cooker and set to SAUTE. When oil is
hot, add pork in batches to brown (approx 1-2 min
per batch).
RED CHILE SAUCE- In saucepan, heat red chile puree,
add 1/2 tsp each oregano, cumin, onion powder,
garlic powder, heavy pinch of coriander and salt).
Simmer for 15 minutes. Reserve one cup for this
recipe
After browning pork, add 1 cup red chile sauce,
diced onion and salt. Lock lid and pressure cook for
20 minutes. Let it release naturally.
