1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 AND LIGHTLY GREASE A 13X9
BAKING PAN WITH BAKING SPRAY OR BUTTER.
2. COMBINE BUTTER, CREAM CHEESE, AND GRANULATED
SUGAR IN A LARGE BOWL AND USE AN ELECTRIC MIXER TO
BEAT UNTIL CREAMY.
3. ADD EGGS AND VANILLA EXTRACT AND BEAT UNTIL
COMBINED.
4. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, WISK TOGETHER FLOUR AND
BAKING POWDER.
5. WITH MIXER ON LOW SPEED, GRADUALLY ADD FLOUR
MIXTURE TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE UNTIL COMPLETELY
COMBINED.
6. SPREAD BATTER EVENLY IN PREPARED BAKING PAN
AND BAKE FOR 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS SET
AND EDGES ARE BEGINNING TO TURN LIGHT GOLDEN
BROWN. ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE FROSTING.

FROSTING
1. WITH MIXER CREAM BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH AND
CREAMY. ADD IN THE POWDERED SUGAR, CORN STARCH,
VANILLA AND MILK.
2. BEAT ON LOW SPEED ADDING IN MORE MILK IF THE
ICING NEEDS TO BE THINNER.
3. SPREAD FROSTING EVENLY OVER COMPLETELY COOLED
COOKIE BARS AND ADD SPRINKLES ON TOP IF DESIRED.
