1 tsp fresh oregano leaves (or half as much dried)
1 1/2 cups olive oil
Salt/pepper
Instructions
In a food processor or blender combine red wine vinegar, honey,
adobo peppers, water, cumin, garlic powder, and oregano, pulse to
combine.
With the motor still running, drizzle in the oil until the salad
dressing comes together and emulsifies. Season to taste with salt
and pepper. (It takes quite a bit of salt and pepper) I also added
some Julio’s seasoning.
I usually half this recipe!
