4 oz. can diced jalapeños, drained, or same amount of fresh jalapeño
1/2 Cup shredded Mexican cheese
1/2 Cup shredded Mozzarella
1 Cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat over to 350 deg. Spray 8X8 baking dish with Pam. Using an
electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the green chilis and jalapeño peppers, Mexican and Mozzarella
cheeses.
Spoon this mixture into the prepared dish. In another bowl, mix
together Panko and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the cream
cheese mixture. Spray the top with a quick spray of Pam. Bake for
25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly and topping is lightly browned.
NOTE- This dip can be made without the topping. Simply microwave
the cheese mixture until hot and bubbly.
Serve this dip with French bread, veggies, chips or crackers.
