8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tbsp chop fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsp chop fresh dill
1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
Place the butter, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice,parsley, dill, and salt in a medium bowl.
Smash with the back of fork or wooden spoonuntil well combined.
Transfer the butter mixture to a sheet ofparchment paper. Roll into a 1-inch wide log. Refrigerate until ready to use
