In a large bowl, combine 1/3 c. chili sauce, egg white, worcestshire sauce, oats, onion, garlic thyme, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a 9 X 4 loaf, place in an 11 X 7 X 2 dish coated w/cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 350 deg for 50 min. Brush w/remaining chili sauce. Bake 5 to 10 min. longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160 deg. Let stand 10 min before slicing.
