2 cups (16 oz. bag) frozen corn, blk beans, onion and peppers
2 T. lime juice
1/2 t. ground cumin
1/4 t. each salt and hot pepper sauce
Instructions
Cook chkn as pkg directs.
Meanwhile, make mashed potatoes. Stir in cheese and scallions.
While potatoes and chkn cook, prepare veg. as bag directs. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Toss the rest of ing.; spoon over tenderloins. Serve w/ mashed potatoes.
