Preheat to 400 degrees.
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon into lined muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Dust muffins with powdered sugar when cool
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
