Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat then add the cream and whisk or stir continuously
|

Stir in the Parmesan and Romano and then whisk until melted.
|
|
|
Add the egg yolks and spices. Whisk until everything has mixed well then simmer over medium-low for 3 to 5 minutes.
|
|
|
You can add bits of ham, pork, chicken or even peas and cooked ground beef
|
