Cook chicken. Shred cabbage, add onions and set aside. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar along with the flavor packets in the soup mix. Stir well, pour over chicken and refrigerate a couple of hours or overnight.
Pour marinated chicken over cabbage, add water chestnuts. Break up Top Ramen noodles in a bowl. Pour about 2 T oil in frypan. Add dry noodles and stir until golden color, add almonds, and when light brown, add sesame seeds (they brown the fastest).
Pour hot noodles over cabbage and stir until mixed well. Top with mandarin orange slices. Enjoy!!
